Julie Kandelic, creative director of Paint Box Nail Salon, shows you exactly how to master this two-toned neon mani using Sally Hansen polish.
1. Prep and Paint. File your nails into the desired shape, push back your cuticles — Do Not Cut Them! — and apply a basecoat, like Sally Hansen Double Duty Base & Top Coat. Then, take a kelly green polish with a striper brush like Sally Hansen I Heart Nail Art Neons in “Hot Wasabi” and apply it from the upper left corner of your nails to the lower right side.
2. Get Angular. Next, apply a blue polish, such as Sally Hansen I Heart Nail Art Neons in “Blinding Blue,” halfway down the right side of your nail to the point where the green stops in the upper left corner. Lock in the entire look with a layer of Sally Hansen Big Shiny Top Coat.
