Before eating a delicious bar of ultimate seduction, you must be aware of the amount of calories it is gifting you. Read the labels. A Toblerone white chocolate bar will give you only 180 calories where as Slender Prism contains 540 calories, if you dare eat it all, will add 30 grams of Fat to your awesome slender figure. Baby Ruths, Snickers and 5th Avenue Bars are loaded with 280 calories and 8 grams of saturated fats so it would be far better to go and grab a York Peppermint Pattie with only 140 calories and 1.5 grams of saturated fats.

If you are thinking about absolutely divine alternatives of ‘sugar free chocolate bars’ then that is a big ‘no no’ for they are not so sugar-free to give you nothing. For example, Sarris makes a sugar-free chocolate bar that contains 300 calories and gives you 12 grams of fat. An utterly delicious sugary bar of Snickers is far better then this so called sugar-less-ness.

Coming to those mesmerizing sweet little candies, they are as much calorie packed as chocolates. Although Kashi makes some great products, their GoLean Chewy Chocolate Almond Toffee bar is 290 calories, 4.5 grams of saturated fat, and 7 teaspoons of sugar. The Cookies N’ Cream flavor is about the same.

Imagine a bar of 1000 thousand calories going down your throat while you indulge in an enchanting temptation. Horrified? Yes it does happens when you delight yourself with a ‘deep fried Mars bar’.

But we got some healthy fixes to satisfy your chocolate hunger, next time you have a craving try these low cal nutrients rich alternatives.

Take four dates and roll them in unsweetened cocoa powder and have a delicious Chocolate Nugget for only 100 calories and 3 grams of fiber. Indulge yourself with a treat of banana slice, rolled in unsweetened cocoa powder and 2 tablespoon of fat free whipped cream. That will only give your 70 calories.

You can make frozen chocolate Chips for only 112 calories. Take overripe banana slices bathed in a tablespoon of sugar free chocolate syrup. Lay them flat in a zipper plastic bad and freeze. You will be amused to know how proteins work to satisfy your chocolate desire. Just add 2 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder to a 6 once tub of light vanilla yogurt and enjoy your  yogurty chocolate treat in just about 100 calories.
