A Frontier Airlines passenger caused a scene at San Diego International Airport, demanding the aircraft return to the gate while loudly proclaiming herself to be the “president” of the United States and a “sovereign ruler.” The incident, captured in a viral TikTok video, took place on a flight bound for Las Vegas, which had not yet left the ground.
The woman, who remains unidentified, became agitated after realizing she had forgotten her phone at the gate. In the video, which has garnered over 400,000 views, she blames Frontier Airlines for the situation and can be seen standing in her seat, raising her voice at a flight attendant and fellow passengers, told the New York Post.
“If I was white and in a suit, you would stop the fing plane,” she shouted. “Laugh now, I am the president of this whole godd country. Watch, see the fing TV news. That’s a d bonafide word.”
Visibly distressed, the woman continued to demand that the plane return to the gate, insisting that she needed to get off the flight. “Yes, I need to get off this plane and I’mma tell you straight up, don’t you ever come against nobody because of their skin colour again,” she exclaimed.
The passenger also accused Frontier Airlines of engaging in illegal activity during previous flights. “I’ve been riding you for the last eight years. Don’t tell me. You had enough time to stop, tell the pilot to not go,” she said, further claiming she saw the plane being released from the bay through her window.
When a flight attendant attempted to address her concerns, the woman replied, “That’s a lie from the pit of hell.” She then asked for the flight attendant’s name before declaring to the entire cabin that she was “an affirmed sovereign ruler here in the government.”
As the bizarre situation unfolded, other passengers began to laugh at her increasingly erratic claims. “Seven continents I own,” she continued, adding, “Keep laughing, watch your a** be right on a boat… You’ll be expired just like your battery on your watch.”
