Ingredients:
It requires you to have the main ingredients including pork cooking oil spray 4 x 120g pork loin steaks, a red onion, 2 chopped garlic cloves, you may also add flippantly crushed fennel seeds, lemon zest and reduced-salt chicken stock as per your taste and requirement , brown lentils, baby spinach leaves, balsamic vinegar, pine nuts and steamed green vegetables.
Method:
Simple steps are required to cook pan- fried pork. Firstly, it requires spraying the pan with oil. Secondly, when the oil heat up cook pork for almost 3- 4 minutes each side until the color change to dull gold. Thirdly, loosely cover the half cooked pork with foil paper and rest for 5 minutes.Fourthly, Spray the pan with ore oil and add onion and cook it for 5 min, after that add garlic cloves, fennel seeds and lemon zest and keep on stirring it for 30 Sec. Fifthly, add stock and lentils and simmer it for a minute.Lastly, add Spanish and stir it with balsamic vinegar and pine nuts till it gets cooked.
At the end , place the pork piece in the middle of the plate surrounded with lentils and Spanish and assorted vegetable.
