Socialite Paris Hilton, who is due in Las Vegas courtroom on Monday in charge of felony cocaine possession has accepted a plea deal to avoid jail time.
According to the deal, Paris will plead guilty to two misdemeanors in return for one year of probation and if she is arrested during her probation period, she will have to serve a year in the jail.
Paris was charged with felony cocaine possession while she was driving with her boyfriend last month in front of the Wynn hotel on the Las Vegas Strip.
