Hollywood Star Nicholas Cage targeted in Fraud Lawsuit. AGAIN!

Nicholas Cage managed to get sued and that for fraud, while his attorney insists “Any claim that our client engaged in any fraudulent conduct is ridiculous.”

Nicholas cage is a Hollywood name that has amused us just as often as he has amazed us. His Hollywood career has been more uphill than his personal life. Adventures, thrill, suspense, and an action hero primarily Nicholas Cage manages to quirk his way out of all sorts of sticky situations; in Hollywood movies only. In real life this Hollywood action figure is not so lucky. Nicholas Cage manages to mark his name in newspapers and other media with his Hollywood hits and also with his high tendency to get sued. It has happened before. And it has happened again. Currently Nicholas is more busy with his attorney than Hollywood directors probably. Lawsuit has been filed against Nicholas Cage and it is serious matter for sure. This lawsuit allegedly claims Nicholas Cage owes Red Curb Investments money. Other than reclamation of loaned money they want compensation for fraud.

Lawsuit against Nicholas Cage declares that the Hollywood star took a loan of $3.5 million for a real estate deal back in July, 2007. Nicholas Cage took this loan agreeing to pay $29,166.67 a month, on 10% interest. A detailed repayment package was agreed on. How this became a lawsuit? Well this is how. Nicholas owes red Curb Investments a big payment of $1,850,269.67. They want to be paid back. Where is the fraud in all this you must be wondering? Well they say he tried evading the agreement that was reached and intentionally. For that they want to squeeze an additional $15 million from Nicholas Cage.
