Kate Middleton has decided to follow her doctors’ advice as speculations about her royal appearance at the 2024 Paris Olympics loom. According to the Express, royal commentator Phil Dampier claimed that the Princess of Wales is eager to visit the French capital with Prince William and their children, but her health condition may prevent her from doing so.
“I’m sure Kate would love to go to Paris with William to watch some events, but whether she does or not would depend on the advice of her doctors,” Dampier said.
The royal author noted, “It was great to see her at Trooping the Colour and presenting the trophy to Carlos Alcaraz at Wimbledon, but she will be pacing herself and not doing too much too soon because of her cancer diagnosis.”
Phil highlighted that Catherine “is still undergoing treatment and is in recovery, so she needs to be careful.”
Discussing the main reason behind Kate and her doctors’ decision to cancel the Paris trip, Phil shared that large public gatherings, especially sporting events, are “of course a breeding ground for viruses.”
Moreover, the royal expert stated, “…there is a lot of Covid around at the moment, so she would not want to get that.”
Additionally, it was reported earlier that Princess Kate is looking forward to spending a relaxing summer break with her family after a challenging start to 2024. This break is expected to provide her with much-needed rest and recuperation time.
Kate Middleton’s cautious approach to her health and well-being is crucial as she continues to navigate her recovery. Her doctors’ advice will play a significant role in determining her participation in public events, including the Paris Olympics. Despite her desire to be present at the Games, her priority remains her health and ensuring a steady recovery.
The royal family, along with the public, is supportive of Kate’s decisions and her commitment to her health. Her appearances at events like Trooping the Colour and Wimbledon have been well-received, demonstrating her resilience and dedication. However, it is clear that she will continue to balance her royal duties with the necessary precautions to protect her health.
