Justin Bieber date night plans to watch “Titanic” with Selena Gomez were thrown overboard at the last minute. After the pop princess attended his concert in Los Angeles last week, the Biebs planned on renting out the Staples Center for a private screening of her favorite movie, E! News is reporting. However, his attempts at winning back the pop princess were apparently thwarted due to a metaphorical iceberg lingering between the pair. “The speculation is that an argument had taken place between the two,” the source told E! “Something had shifted Bieber mood completely.”

Selena fans have been wanting the couple to get back together ever since they split in 2014…almost as much as Bieber himself. Last week, the 22-year-old created a frenzy on social media when he posted a throwback pic of them kissing on Instagram. It received more than 3 million likes and a comment from the “Hands to Myself” songstress who commented, “Perfect.” Biebs’ mental health has been worrisome as of late. Last Tuesday, he ended his meet and greets with Bieber after his concerts, blaming the policity change on feeling “emotionally exhausted to the point of depression.”
