After announcing their pregnancy on Valentine’s Day, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have booked an interview with TV host and icon Oprah Winfrey. According to reports via People magazine, the royal couple will be sitting down with the TV icon for their very first primetime interview. The interview is set to air on March 7th.
“Winfrey will speak with Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex, in a wide-ranging interview, covering everything from stepping into life as a Royal, marriage, motherhood, philanthropic work to how she is handling life under intense public pressure,” CBS said in a statement (via People).
“Later, the two are joined by Prince Harry as they speak about their move to the United States and their future hopes and dreams for their expanding family.”
This news of their interview comes in the light of their very recent and adorable pregnancy announcement. If you missed it, earlier today, an insider spoke to US Weekly and told the tabloid that “It’s a dream come true….Meghan fell pregnant again toward the end of last year.
The baby is due at the end of spring.” The end of spring is technically June 20, 2021, so the baby could potentially be born around then! The Duke and Duchess’ firstborn child, Archie, was born on May 6, 2019, so perhaps the kids will have close birthdays!
