Tiger Woods and Erica Herman have been together for four years already.
Woods was rushed for surgery after a single-car crash Tuesday. Many are now wondering who he is dating after the accident and amid the ups and downs of his career. Woods has been dating Herman, according to Page Six.

Herman used to work at Woods’ restaurant
Herman used to work at The Woods, the athlete’s restaurant in Florida, as a manager. They ran the eatery but were hit with a wrongful death suit in 2019 when the parents of a bartender alleged that he was overserved booze at the establishment and got into a drunken fatal wreck. The case against Herman and Woods were eventually dropped.
They are living together
Woods and his longtime girlfriend have been living together at his mansion in Jupiter, Florida, and those close to them noticed that their relationship has gotten even more serious.
“They live together at his house now,” a source confirmed to People.
Herman was photographed hugging Woods as he watched the U.S. win the Presidents Cup in New Jersey in October 2017. She was noticeably wearing a “player spouse” badge usually reserved for wives and girlfriends. They went public with their relationship In November of the same year, The Sun reported.
His kids approve of her
Woods has two children with ex-wife Elin Nordegren — a 12-year-old son, Charlie, and a 13-year-old daughter, Sam. Both approve of Herman for their dad. In fact, she gets along well with them.
“The kids like her,” a source told People.
In April 2020, Woods shared a photo of him with his girlfriend and his two kids on Twitter while enjoying dinner as a family.
“Masters Champions Dinner quarantine style. Nothing better than being with family,” he wrote.
Herman is friends with Woods’ ex-wife
Aside from Woods’ kids, his ex-wife, Nordegren, also approves of Herman for the athlete. His ex and current love share a good relationship.
“Elin has a friendly relationship with Erica,” the source told People. “Tiger has come a long way and Elin acknowledges that. She is happy that he is dating Erica.”
In December, Wood’s ex-wife and his current girlfriend watched the father-son duo at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando, Florida. Woods and Nordegren’s daughter, Sam, was also present during the event.
