Since it is revealed that Prince Harry met with his father and brother for two hours long meeting, everyone wants to know what exactly happened at Prince Phillip’s funeral.
New Idea’s sources say that while talks were “at first cordial,” once they got to the core of each other’s perceived wrongs, things turned tense.
“William had some very choice words to say about Harry’s Oprah interview, which he will not see as a huge betrayal,” explains a royal source.
“Harry has such a chip on his shoulders, there was no backing down from either one of them and certainly no real apology was made. Charles was already in an emotional state after burying his father and couldn’t bring himself to confront Harry about any of the bad blood.”
“He was hoping for healing. I fear he was left disappointed.”
As per Express, royal lip readers say that William and Harry had a civil chat after the funeral service.
The experts claimed that William said to Harry, “Yes it [the funeral service] was great, wasn’t it?” before Harry replied, “it was as he wanted.”
The lip readers also alleged that the eldest Duke said to his younger brother, “Absolutely beautiful service, ah, the music.”
Prince William and Harry reunited at their grandfather’s funeral. The brother’s relationship got affected when Prince Harry started dating former actress and now-wife Meghan Markle, in 2016. William felt suspicious of her intentions when his younger brother was about to introduce her to the family.
According to The Sun, a well-placed source revealed: “William told his brother that they knew nothing about her background, her intentions, what she was really like.”
“He just wanted to stress that becoming part of the Royal family is a massive undertaking and the pressure and scrutiny is unrelenting. Was Meghan the right one?”
Suffice to say, William’s reservations didn’t go down too well with Harry who allegedly went “mental” in his defense of Meghan. The same source claimed: “He accused his brother of trying to finish his romance before it had begun. The brothers’ relationship has not really recovered.” Neither has publicly commented on the conflicting claims about their relationship.
