Khloé Kardashian has opened up about her motivation for working out, revealing that it’s not just about fitness, but about looking good for someone special. The 40-year-old reality star shared her thoughts in a recent episode of The Kardashians alongside Los Angeles-based celebrity divorce attorney, Laura Wasser. The two were discussing fitness and dating when Khloé dropped a candid admission about her workout routine.

In the segment, Khloé read out a quote from Wasser’s 2022 interview with The New Yorker, where the lawyer said, “I don’t dress or work out so people will take a picture of me, I do it because I hope I’m going to get laid.” Although Wasser, whose past clients include Khloé’s sister Kim Kardashian, didn’t recall saying those words, she did acknowledge her perspective on working out. “I don’t dress or work out to get a picture taken of me,” she said, before adding humorously, “So let’s do it to get laid.”

Khloé, known for her outspoken personality, didn’t shy away from admitting that this resonates with her. “Listen, I work out to get laid,” she confessed, laughing. “I’m like, ‘Someone’s gonna see this naked one day,’ and it has to look good. … one day.”

This candid revelation from Khloé adds a light-hearted and relatable twist to the often serious discussions around fitness and body image. The Good American co-founder has long been open about her fitness journey and the importance she places on taking care of her body. However, her latest confession highlights that her motivation also includes feeling confident and attractive, particularly in the context of relationships.

Khloé has been single since her split from NBA star Tristan Thompson, with whom she shares two children—True, 6, and Tatum, 2. The couple’s on-again, off-again relationship spanned from 2016 to 2021, ending after rumors of Thompson’s infidelity surfaced.

Khloé’s honesty about working out for self-confidence and dating purposes has sparked a conversation about the often personal reasons behind fitness routines. For many, like Khloé, working out can go beyond just health benefits, serving as a way to feel good about oneself and boost self-esteem.

Her candid approach to fitness and relationships is in line with her trademark transparency, a quality she has always shared with her fans. With the fitness world constantly evolving, Khloé’s message resonates with anyone who finds motivation not just in health, but in self-love and attraction.
