Kanye West is moving forward with his split from Kim Kardashian and has submitted a response to the divorce papers she filed two months ago.
According to the details, Kanye West has agreed with Kim Kardashian West that they should have joint custody of their four children and neither of them need spousal support.
According to a legal response filed by the rapper’s attorney on Friday, West, 43, requests joint legal and physical custody of their children: daughters North, 7, and Chicago, 3, and sons Saint, 5, and Psalm, who will turn 2 in May.
In both of their filings, the US rapper and the TV reality star agreed that their marriage should end over irreconcilable differences.
West and Kardashian, started dating in 2012 and tied the knot on May 24, 2014. However, Kardashian filed for divorce in February after nearly seven years of marriage.
It is worth noting that the exes have a prenuptial agreement so it should be easy for them to divide assets amid their divorce.
It comes after it was reported that Kim’s gearing up to do a big sit-down interview with US TV host Oprah to open up about her marriage split as she feels she needs to face the public.
