Justin Timberlake recently sparked concern among his fans when he announced the postponement of several shows during his ongoing The Forget Tomorrow World Tour. The 43-year-old pop star has had to cancel six consecutive performances due to health issues, leaving fans worried about his well-being.
On October 22, Timberlake took to Instagram to share a candid update with his followers, addressing the situation directly. In his message, the singer revealed that his health had taken a turn for the worse, prompting the rescheduling of several concerts.
“Hey guys—I haven’t been feeling great the last few shows and turns out I have bronchitis and laryngitis,” Timberlake wrote. The news came as a surprise to many, as he had continued performing despite feeling unwell, but now the singer was forced to take a break.
Expressing his regret, Timberlake added, “I’m so sorry to say I do need to reschedule the next few shows from 10/23 through 11/2.” The shows, originally set for October 2024, have now been moved to early next year, with Timberlake confirming he will resume performing at the Fiserv Forum on February 22, 2025.
The heartfelt message continued, with the Mirrors singer assuring his fans that he would make it up to them, writing, “New dates listed above. Thank you for understanding—I’ll make it up to you.”
As the post quickly circulated on social media, Timberlake’s fans flooded the comments section with messages of support. One fan shared their disappointment but wished the singer a speedy recovery, saying, “We’re going to miss you in Columbus, but rest up and feel better.”
Another fan, who had been looking forward to a Halloween show, humorously commented, “Damn, homie! Was ready to turn it on up to 10 on Halloween! Clearly, MN couldn’t handle that! Get better, see you soon!”
While the postponement has left many fans saddened, the overwhelming consensus is that Timberlake’s health comes first. His supporters are eager to see him back on stage once he has fully recovered. For now, the pop icon’s focus remains on resting and regaining his strength before returning to deliver the high-energy performances his fans know and love.
