Gypsy Rose Blanchard has officially settled her divorce with estranged husband Ryan Anderson, bringing an end to their short-lived marriage. The former couple, who wed while Gypsy was still in prison, decided to part ways in March after cracks in their relationship became evident following her release.
The divorce settlement comes at a significant moment for Gypsy, as she is now expecting a baby with her current boyfriend, Ken Urker. Although the divorce papers are still awaiting a judge’s signature, both parties have reached an agreement on the terms.
According to TMZ, Ryan chose not to appear at a recent hearing, opting instead to avoid costly legal fees. His attorney, Jeffrey Carrier, explained that the divorce had already been uncontested, with the pair living apart for six months. While the process was initially expected to conclude in January 2025, efforts were made to speed things up. As per their agreement, neither party will receive spousal support, although there are still minor property matters to resolve.
Gypsy and Ryan’s relationship, once highlighted on her reality series Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up, began to unravel shortly after her release. The public got a front-row seat to the couple’s disputes, leading many to speculate that Ryan’s insecurities over Gypsy’s bond with ex-fiancé Ken Urker played a role in their split.
Following her separation from Ryan, Gypsy rekindled her relationship with Ken, whom she was previously engaged to while serving her prison sentence. Their reunion quickly became public, and Gypsy recently confirmed that the two are expecting a baby girl, according to the Mirror.
Addressing skepticism about the baby’s paternity, Gypsy took to Instagram to silence the rumors. “There’s been a lot of chatter around the paternity of our baby and while we’ve known for sure from the beginning, I feel that it’s finally time to put all these theories to rest. Here are the results showing Ken is the father. Ken is going to be an incredible dad and we are so excited to welcome our baby girl into the world.”
