Duke and Duchess call in the liquidators as Sussex Royal loses its lustre

On 5 May After MWX Trading verified documents filed with Companies House revealed that it was twisting up and a liquidator was delegated on May 14. An acknowledgment comes as Sussex Royal, The Telegraph understands also Duke and Duchess are also in the process of liquidating in that company.

When they both are proclaimed that they were moving back from their roles last July when the couple as working members of the Royal family as they were told they could no longer use the name, and so changed it to MWX Foundation.

In July 2019 Sussex Royal was started with many demonstrations, quickly after it was authenticated that the Sussexes were breaking away from the Royal Foundation, and also with the charitable vehicle they had shared with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

On the account, last year company accounts unveiled that it had £99,000 in the bank and would cost £16,000 to wind down.

On the other hand, they also noted that the charity was owed £200,000 from an anonymous source. Having said that accounts for the MWX Foundation, of which the Duke endures sole director, reveal that the £200,000 has now been repaid.

Most recently declared a partnership with consumer goods giant Proctor & Gamble many of them moves to formally wind up both companies come as the Sussexes proceed to sign profitable deals with business partners in the US via their new US-based Arche well Foundation.
