Christina Hall is finding her way back to happiness after separating from her husband, Josh Hall, and she’s sharing her journey toward healing and self-discovery. The TV personality revealed that she has sought the help of a life coach and is feeling better than ever, just one month after the split.

“One month later … I finally have my appetite back,” Christina shared on her Instagram Story on Friday, according to People. She continued, “I’m exercising again. My kids are happy and our house feels like home. Those poor kids adore me … anyone who knows us for real knows this and that’s what matters.”

Christina, 41, expressed her newfound resolve to protect her inner peace. “I have a life coach and I made myself and her a promise — I will never ever give away my peace again,” she stated. This commitment to maintaining her well-being has given her a renewed appreciation for life. “I will say — if you’ve ever lost peace and gained it back, there is a new level of gratitude for every single moment of life. A huge level of appreciation for the present moments and being present.”

In the past few weeks, Christina has noticed positive changes in her life, including more laughter and a thriving career. “Work is going so good it feels like a dream,” she shared, emphasizing how her focus on a “positive mindset” is paying off. Despite the challenges of the past, she remains hopeful for the future, believing that “the rest will work itself out like it always does.”

As Christina continues to navigate life post-divorce, she’s embracing the support of her life coach and cherishing the present moments with her children, confident that her commitment to inner peace will guide her through whatever comes next.
