Nancy Dell’Olio has never been shy with her style, and she certainly didn’t change that on Thursday night when she stepped out in a lace backless jumpsuit. The 51-year old Italian was out in London with a male friend, enjoying the luxury of a private members’ club until the early hours of the morning.
Leaving the venue at 2am, it was clear to see the lacy material not used on the back had been redistributed to the excessive flares at the bottom of each leg. Despite the early hour, Nancy bore none of the usual signs of a long night on her heavily made up face, and she smile happily as she headed to a taxi with her gentleman companion on her arm.
And adding to the glamour of her outfit, Dell’Olio wrapped a sheer scarf over her arms and decorated her wrist with dramatic silver and purple stone bracelet. Another accessory was her male friend, though it is not confirmed that he is the new object of her affections. Nancy has been single since she split up with Sir Trevor Nunn, the celebrated theatre director, almost two years ago.
But the former Strictly Come Dancing contestant recently admitted she is ready for a new relationship. A former Italian-American lawyer, Nancy was thrust into the media spotlight following her relationship with Sven-Goran Eriksson with ended in 2007, after the football manager embarked on affairs with Ulrika Jonsson and secretary Faria Alam.
After a number of projects including hosting Footballers’ Cribs on MTV, publishing an autobiography and appearing on Strictly Come Dancing, she began contributing to the Sunday editions of The Sun in 2012. But recently Nancy announced she is launching her own beauty brand and false eyelashes will be the first product from her range to go on sale, and will then venture into hair, make-up and perfume.
She modelled a pair of her own brand Nancy false eyelashes for the first time as she attended the Sunseeker super-yacht party in Cannes in May for singer Stacey Jackson’s album launch.
