She’s enjoying a relaxing family holiday to the Greek island of Paros. And Monica Bellucci looked positively goddess-like as she stepped out on a grocery run wearing an ethereal sheer white maxi-dress.
Looking effortlessly glamorous as she stocked up on goods with two other women in tow, the Italian actress was the picture of elegance as she ran errands for the day.
Featuring a plunging neckline and a flattering drawstring detail, the stylish garment perfectly complemented the Dolce and Gabbana model’s olive skin-tone. Wearing her dark brunette locks tumbling in loose waves around her shoulders, the 48-year-old beauty looked utterly incredible, in spite of performing a somewhat menial task.
Making the most of her sun-soaked break, Monica is renting a villa on the picturesque Greek island with her family, actor husband Vincent Cassel and their two daughters, Deva and Leonie. And it looked as though she was planning on rustling up a tasty meal for the gang, with her shopping bags filled with yummy treats. The mother-of-two recently opened up about ageing, admitting she has felt more beautiful the older she has got.
She told the Mail: ‘It’s not about the biological beauty, it’s about another kind of beauty. It’s about the womanliness that comes to your face and your body from your life and your experience. ‘I feel much better in myself mentally today than when I was 20. I am confident and I deal with my problems better. I accept who I am and that perfection doesn’t exist.’ But in spite of her confidence, Monica admitted she now has to workout more than she ever had to in her youth.
She added: ‘ I used to never work out. And even now I don’t like to work out every day. I don’t like to watch what I eat every day. I don’t want to be a machine. After my second daughter was born I realised that I needed to pay more attention to work-out regimes. Before then it was much easier.
