Better after baby? Nearly two months after giving birth to her first child, Jenna Dewan-Tatum looked absolutely gorgeous at the 2013 Summer Television Critics Association Tour in Beverly Hills on Friday, July 26. The new mom showed off her stunning post-baby body in a little white dress while talking on stage about her new show, Witches of East End.
Dewan-Tatum, 32, wore a sleeveless, above-the-knee white dress, which she paired with sky-high black pumps. The ensemble also featured black trim on the neckline, skirt and waist to accentuate her slim figure. Since welcoming daughter Everly with husband Channing Tatum on May 30, the actress has been trying to juggle motherhood and filming Lifetime’s upcoming drama series, Witches of East End.
“It’s hard. It definitely is a challenge,” Dewan-Tatum told reporters at the TCAs. “I’m finding I’m getting more in the flow of things now. It’s about switching the brain like, ‘OK, now I’m mom, now I’m the actress’ and then jumping into character and then coming back and breast feeding . . . It’s a juggle, but I kind of feel like every mom who goes back to work feels this.”
But her husband has been offering a helping hand. “Channing’s been amazing, he comes and visits me,” she added. And the new mom is enjoying watching her husband bond with their daughter. “Aww . . . you see the thing you love the most love the other thing you love the most and there’s this natural new awakening of the love you guys share together. Just caring for something that’s so small and gentle and tender, it’s just amazing.”
