At 55, Jennifer Aniston is radiant and fit, thanks to her unwavering commitment to wellness. Her recent collaboration with fitness program Pvolve has sent the internet into a frenzy, showcasing her toned physique in stunning new images, according to Hello! Magazine.

In a behind-the-scenes video from the shoot, Aniston added a touch of humor, using a unique fan that resembled a vacuum cleaner nozzle to stay cool during her workout. The science-backed Pvolve program, which combines low-impact exercises with resistance-based equipment, fits seamlessly into her five-day-a-week fitness routine.

Reflecting on her fitness journey, Aniston revealed to InStyle that she’s come a long way since her more intense workout days, admitting, “I burned out and broke my body.” Now, she focuses on sustainability and gentler exercises that prioritize her overall well-being. “As we age, we have to keep it exciting and be kinder to our bodies,” Aniston shared, emphasizing the importance of evolving her fitness approach.

Aniston also shared her preference for working out with friends, often accompanied by the music of Lizzo and Rihanna to keep her motivated. She discovered Pvolve two years ago after experiencing back pain, which led her to explore new ways to maintain her fitness while preventing injuries. “I wish I’d discovered Pvolve earlier to avoid the damage I did in the past,” she remarked.

In addition to her fitness routine, Aniston has been open about her approach to anti-aging. While she has previously explored Botox, she now prefers peptide injections for their anti-aging benefits, insisting that her natural looks are due to her balanced lifestyle.

Aniston’s wellness regimen extends to her diet as well, where she incorporates protein-rich foods and allows herself occasional cheat days with a dirty martini. Her mornings start with warm lemon water and a nutritious breakfast. Beyond physical fitness, she prioritizes mental health through meditation, outdoor activities with her dogs, and a focus on overall happiness.
