A suspect remains at large after causing chaos and assaulting customers at a Panera Bread near Cherry Creek Parkway in Glendale. The suspect, identified as Isaac Ross, also known as “Kendall Ross,” entered the restaurant and created a disturbance, shouting and knocking items off the counter, according to police.

Witnesses at the scene described a confusing and tense situation. Natalie Wiersma, who recorded the incident, said Ross appeared to be demanding a phone from the workers. “The suspect was yelling it at the workers and they were all super confused-looking and said, ‘We don’t have your phone,’” Wiersma explained.

As tensions escalated, Ross threw a smoothie at employees, prompting customers to intervene. The video captured Ross shouting a racial slur at one customer before continuing the disturbance by clearing items off the counter. One brave customer stepped in to try and stop Ross, but things quickly escalated.

“The next guy then actually kind of saved that guy from getting attacked further and tried his best to hold them down,” Wiersma recounted. As the situation intensified, an employee emerged from behind the counter with a pan and struck Ross over the head. “My personal hero,” Wiersma added, praising the employee’s quick action. “That I think was very effective.”

Despite attempts to restrain him, Ross managed to escape before Glendale Police arrived. However, Ross returned to the Panera Bread a short time later and resumed causing a disturbance. During this second incident, Ross assaulted an at-risk male customer, who sustained minor injuries.

Glendale Police are actively seeking information regarding Ross’ whereabouts and have asked anyone with information to contact the Glendale Police Department at (303) 759-1511.

Authorities are continuing their investigation into the events, and the community is on alert as the search for Ross continues.
