Former President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama’s youngest daughter, Sasha Obama, is proudly showcasing her toned figure and abs months after facing online body-shaming comments.
Photos and a clip shared on Instagram by the celebrity photo account CelebrityLivin_ on Tuesday showed the 23-year-old looking fit and toned in a black crop top and matching biker shorts as she left a gym in Los Angeles. Sasha accessorized her workout outfit with black sunglasses, brown slip-ons, and a large black bag.
Sasha was also captured working out in the gym. A video and several pictures showed her running on a treadmill with AirPods in her ears.
This latest sighting of Sasha comes nearly a year after she went viral in September 2023 for photos of her smoking a cigarette with friends at a Labor Day party in Los Angeles. In images published by Page Six, Sasha showed off her body in a tiny bikini top and blue maxi skirt, putting her belly button ring on display. She paired the look with black flip-flops and wore her long braids loose.
The images sparked criticism not only for Sasha’s smoking habit but also for what trolls described as her “dad bod” physique. Speculation also surfaced that the recent University of Southern California (USC) graduate might have been pregnant at the time.
Months later, Sasha’s impressive physical transformation caught the attention of social media users, who praised her and compared her past and present looks.
