Blink surprised her 182 musicians with a romantic flower arrangement of their favorite flowers. “Tulips and gardens are my favorite flowers,” confirmed Kourtney as he shared the photo of flowers. Now wishing it was Kourtney’s birthday, Barker used social media to share honest photos with him and added an emotional message to the post.
