She’s gone from sex tape star to reality show royalty So it is perhaps only natural that Kim Kardashian next step is to start adopting the behaviour of a monarch Waving regally to her fans from the balcony of the luxurious Versace Mansion on Wednesday, the unstoppable social climber looked every inch the unofficial Queen Of Miami.
Keeping a stern face, Kim stood and surveyed the street, before lifting her hand to acknowledge their worship It seemed she may have been watching videos of Great Britain’s Queen Elizabeth for tips in handling the crowd And like the Queen, Kim chose to stick to an outfit in one shade – a fetching peach.
And it would be hard to imagine a real Queen blowing kisses, even if it did display her huge diamond to it’s best advantage While Kim was waving to her fans, cameras from Keeping Up With The Kardashians were following her every move.
The 33-year-old is staying at the Versace mansion, an extravagant 10-bedroom home, officially known as Casa Casuarina, which sold for $45million last year. Fittingly the luxurious mansion has much in common with the palaces of old – having been lovingly renovated by former owner Gianni Versace, who oversaw every aspect of the renovation.
While some may wince at the extravagant decor – it once featured a gold-lined swimming pool – Kim’s taste is far from conservative The mother-of-one is said to be taking inspiration from the Hall Of Mirrors at Marie Antoinette’s former home the Palace Of Versailles as she renovates her Bel Air home.
And she sure felt right at home as she took a selfie in one of the many mirrors in the mansion, posting it online with the message ‘Versace’ Kim is in Miami with her sisters Khloe and Kourtney, while they open another of their surprisingly successful Dash boutiques.
Kim’s dress was from an old Alaia range, but she freshened it up with a sweater from her Kardashian Kollection range While some may wince at the extravagant decor – the Versace Mansion once featured a gold-lined swimming pool – Kim’s taste is far from conservative.
