Eye Care TipsThis is surely not good for health. We all should take care of our eyes and for this I am giving you some very useful Eye care tips which will make your vision strong and give your eyes to look healthy and beautiful.

1- Water is basic and best home remedy for eye care. Take a cup of water and dip cotton pad in it overnight. Drain old water in the morning and add fresh cool water in that cup of cotton pad. Wash your eyes with that water. Be sure that you are having 100 % original cotton.

2- Tea leaves are very essential to reduce dark circles. Take used tea bags and store them in a fridge. In morning or evening whenever you need to relax your eyes or to reduce dark circles. Put each tea bag on your both eyes until they get warm. Use this remedy daily and you will feel the difference. If you haven’t tea bags then you may dip a cotton pad in a cold black tea solution for an hour and place them on your eye lids for 10 to 15 minutes.

3- Rose water is an old but effective remedy for reducing eye burning, eye redness, eye soreness, eye pain etc. You may put original rose water in a mini spray bottle and keep that bottle in a fridge. Then spray rose water in your eyes on and off to get rid of all above problems.

4- Add lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Carrot is so beneficial for the care of eyes. It contains beta carotene which is very helpful for strengthening the sight of the eyes and protects them from night blindness. More over as beta carotene is an antioxidant so it helps to reduce the risk of macular degeneration.

5- People who are facing the problem of eye conjunctivitis. So a decoction prepared from coriander can be used to wash the eyes. You will see an immediate reduction in the burning, redness and swelling of the eyes. Another eye care tip for people having cataract is; mix equal proportion of coriander seed powder, aniseed powder and unrefined sugar. Eat 12 grams from it every morning and evening.

6- For care of eyes, wild salmon and sardines are also healthy options because they both contain omega-3 fats which are the good fats for your whole body. These omega-3s helps to protect tiny blood vessels in the eyes.

7- Some companies claims that you can wear their contact lenses 24 hours but it is not at all good for your eye. This can cause irritation and permanent damage of your eye sight. Our eyes need regular supply of oxygen and contact lenses blocks the flow of oxygen to the eyes especially while we are sleeping. So don’t wear contact lenses for more than 18 to 19 hours and never sleep with them unless your eye specialist specifically instructed you to do so

8- Some very small but important remedies for better care of your eyes are do not read in front of dim light as it put a lot of stress on your head and eyes to concentrate and can cause weaken eyes. Do not look at bright light or sun light directly as it may damage your eyes.
