Easy Home Spa Tips to Escape From Winter Blues

1. Scent your Room:

To get the real feeling of Home Spa aroma is must thing to do. The home where you live you have to burn a blissful aromatic soy candle, place appealing potpourri in each room or use aromatherapy Diffusers. For this, fragrance of lavender, citrus, tea rose and eucalyptus are the most commonly used fragrances in Spas which gives soothing effect.

2. Preparations Before taking Treatments:

To make the Spa experience so luxurious then you have to give some little extra touches. For this you should do some preparation work before you start your treatments. When you want to get relax you should put your cloths in the dryer for about 10 minutes so they will get warm and downy, place a neck enfold in the microwave for two minutes to help your muscles relax while you soak in the bath tub.

Many Spas uses basic ingredients by saying them “herbal treatment” etc which are so cheap in price but they charge you so much for this. You can also make those recipes at your home, giving you some; Mix a table spoon of honey and one egg white then apply this mask on your face for about 10 minutes and then rinse it off.

This is a moisturizing face mask which will make your skin soft and silky. Another mask which is made with equal quantity of oatmeal flakes, egg yolk and honey, mix all together and apply on your face then leave it for about 15 minutes and then rinse it with lukewarm water. This oatmeal mask is a great treatment for skin to beat the blues of winter. With this mask you will feel your skin soft, fresh and healed.

4. Treatment for your Hairs:

Mostly women complaints about dry and rough hairs in winter season due to so much exposure to air and pollution. Now it is time to extend this pampering goodness towards your hairs and give them nourishing treatment. You can easily revitalize and rejuvenate your hair with this hair mask I am sharing with you.

This is a banana mask made up of 2 ripe banana, ½ tbsp of olive oil, and ½ tbsp of castor oil, ½ tbsp of coconut oil and 1 tbsp of yogurt. Apply them on your hairs and cover them with hot towel, leave them for about half an hour and then rinse them with lukewarm water. And then wash them mild shampoo to give your hairs soft and smooth touch.

5. Treatment for your Body:

In hot steamy bath room it is time to give relaxation to your body like in Spas. To beat the winter blues recipe of Coffee Body Scrub is very effective. It removes all your dead skin cells and gives revealing and healthy looking skin.

For this you require ¼ cup grounded coffee,1/4 cup sugar (as exfoliate), 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil,2 vitamin E capsules. Mix all of them and make a paste than apply it on your body and scrub it than after 5 minutes rinse with lukewarm water and then use a body wash to give soft and silky experience to your body, and then apply a good moisturizer to hydrate your body.

6. Revitalize Yourself:

After all above treatments to boost blood flow, after warm shower, cut chilled green or red grapes in half and massage them on your face and eyes. Grapes containing hydrate glucose and great antioxidants that fight skin-damaging free radicals. Then wash it and take fresh fruit juice or herbal tea.
