1. Antiperspirants:

You can use antiperspirants to get rid of sweaty palms right. Studies show that using anti perspirants block sweat duct resulting in minimal sweating. However, make sure that you apply it at night and wash it off in the morning.

2. Tea bags:

Tea is effective to control sweaty palms. It contains elements like tannic acid which does wonders to control sweat as it has antiperspirant characteristics. All you have to do is take 4 teabags and let them boil in three cups of water. Let the water cool down a bit and then soak your hands in it for half an hour. You’ll definitely notice the difference in a matter of days.

3. Cornstarch

Cornstarch is yet another effective cure for how to stop sweaty palms. It contains antiperspirant characteristics. Apply it on your hands just like you apply talcum powder and see how it works.

4. Baking Soda

Mix baking soda and a bit of any scented power (preferably baby powder) in water and let your hands soak in it for 15 minutes. Baking soda has wonderful antiperspirant characteristics that control sweaty palms.

5. Sage

Take a pint of boiling water in a glass and soak 3 leave of sage in it and let it steep to 10 minutes. Drink that water twice a day. It helps control excessive sweating and hence sweaty palms.
