The Austin City Limits (ACL) Music Festival is an annual music festival held in Zilker Park in Austin, Texas on two consecutive three-day weekends. The ACL Music Festival has eight stages where musical groups from genres including rock, indie, country, folk, electronic and hip hop perform for fans. Approximately 75,000 people attend the festival each day.
The Austin City Festival Area Limits event is about the part, planned for Oct. 2-4 and Oct. 9-11. The selection of this season contains a variety of additional indie groups which have managed to get large, Drake along with the Foo Fighters. Austin City event may be among the many thrilling and effective music celebrations within the Usa, the longest-running audio sequence in National tv background, and an award-winning show location that is. Austin City Limits is an amazing opportunity to see some of the coolest bands all in one spot. But being in central Texas, anything can happen with the weather. Past years have seen extreme heat and unseasonably cool temperatures – we had monsoon-like rains and heavy flooding one year, while another year’s arid heat set the scene for a giant dust bowl.So make sure you bring all appropriate gear: hat, bandana, sunscreen, a light rain jacket, closed-toe shoes you don’t mind trashing, layered clothing. Save some energy, too, to go see some of the aftershows around Austin. It’s your chance to catch bands in more intimate venues, as well as local Austin bands as support.
